Aleeza Goggins
Aleeza Goggins has always been a natural leader—on the field, in her career, and in the environments that have shaped her. She began coaching and teaching swimming as a young teen, discovering early on the joy of guiding others and the grounding power of water. A lifelong athlete, she spent 12 years in competitive swimming along with several other sports before dedicating herself to endurance athletics in 2006. For the next decade, she served as crew chief for one of the nation’s top endurance athletes, supporting more than 30 major events with unwavering dedication and resilience.

Her athletic journey later carried her to professional football, where she played linebacker for the San Diego Surge and became a National Champion in 2012.

Parallel to her athletic pursuits, Aleeza built an 18-year nursing career beginning in 2004, ultimately serving as a Director of Nursing. Her heart for service and her ability to lead with compassion have been constant threads through every stage of her life.

In 2022, Aleeza found herself called back to nature and the deeper rhythms of holistic healing. Through spending time outdoors, reconnecting with the land, and exploring whole-person wellness, she discovered a renewed purpose: helping others heal, restore, and reconnect—with themselves and with the world around them.

Her greatest joy remains her family—her husband and two children—who inspire her daily to live with intention, balance, and love.

Anna Sanford
Anna has always enjoyed the outdoors and animals. Anna began riding horses at the age of three and continued developing that passion throughout her life. Anna was a member of the Fresno State Equestrian team, has trained horses professionally and worked in many facets of the equine industry. Anna also played multiple other sports of which her most favorite and memorable was women’s football where she played tight end and outside linebacker reaching the highest achievement of National Champion in the 2012 season. Anna’s love for and study of horses has also played into her current career as a firefighter/paramedic. Here she has taken the skills she learned to “silently” communicate with a 1K pound animal, who picks up on the smallest physical cues, and translate that into communicating with, and meeting people at a level they much need on what may be the hardest, most tragic day of their life. This desire to study the body and emotion in animals and translate that to humans has brought Anna full circle to her involvement with HHH. With her partnership with HHH, Anna looks forward to growing that next phase of her journey of connection and communication into healing the body and soul through natural and holistic modalities.
