Whole-Person Healing | Structured Continuum | Lasting Resilience
HHH delivers trauma-informed programs for Veterans and First Responders, designed to bridge the gap between crisis intervention and long-term resilience through immersive experiences and ongoing support.
The HHH Experience
Veteran & First Responder Program
At Holistic Healing and Health Foundation, our programs are intentionally designed as the entry point into a long-term healing continuum. We combine immersive retreat experiences with structured follow-on support—ensuring that healing doesn’t end when participants leave, but continues as they rebuild strength, connection, and purpose.
Immersion
Reset | Evaluate | Establish Direction
The journey begins with an immersive retreat experience designed to remove daily stressors, regulate the nervous system, and create space for meaningful restoration.
In partnership with best-in-class providers, this phase serves as both a reset and a starting point—where participants are thoughtfully evaluated and introduced to a personalized path forward.
Core elements include:
-
Equine-assisted experiences
-
Whole-person evaluation and guidance
-
Foundational nutrition, movement, and recovery practices
-
Structured group experiences and reflection
Outcome: A clear foundation for continued growth.
Experience
Implement | Build | Integrate
Participants continue into a structured program designed to build consistency and integrate what was introduced during immersion.
Through ongoing support and best-in-class partnerships, this phase reinforces habits, strengthens resilience, and deepens connection.
Outcome: Sustainable progress and measurable growth.
Resilience
Sustain | Connect | Lead
The final phase focuses on long-term support, continued connection, and the development of lasting resilience.
Participants remain engaged through ongoing programming and community, with opportunities to deepen their growth and support others.
Outcome: Resilience that is sustained and carried forward.
Immersion (Retreat) → Experience (Structured Program) → Resilience (Ongoing Support)
