& Refund Policy
Applies to All HHH Retreat Types
General Policy
HHH retreats require significant planning, venue coordination, partner payments, and preparation. For these reasons, the following cancellation and refund policies apply:
Participant Cancellations
45+ Days Before Retreat
● Refund: 80%
● Transfer to another retreat: Allowed with no fee
31–44 Days Before Retreat
● Refund: 50%
● Transfer to another retreat: Allowed with $50 transfer fee
15–30 Days Before Retreat
● Refund: 25%
● Transfer to another retreat: Allowed with $75 transfer fee
14 Days or Less Before Retreat/No Shows
● No refunds
● Transfer to another retreat not guaranteed
Retreat Cancellations by HHH
If HHH must cancel a retreat due to safety concerns, weather, facilitator illness, or unforeseen circumstances:
● Participants may choose between:
- Full refund, OR
- Credit to a future retreat
HHH is not responsible for outside travel costs (airfare, lodging, rental cars, etc.).
Transfer of Registration
Participants may transfer their spot to another individual up to 14 days before the retreat if approved by HHH.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method.
